Returns Policy
Canceled orders after it has been shipped will be considered a return under this policy.
Products should be carefully examined. Any shortages or error claims in shipment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
Items returned must be in resalable condition and in its original packaging with instructions and warranties. Non-resalable items received will not be returned.
All returns must have a RA Number (Return Authorization). The RA Number must be obtained by calling our toll free number, 888-80-TRIAD between 9:30am & 5:00pm PST, Monday - Friday. The RA Number must be written on top and side of the shipping package. Items being returned must be received by Triad Medical Supply within 7days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. Returned packages must be returned Triad Medical Supply, 5208 Jackson Drive, Ste. 110, La Mesa, Ca. 91941. Customer will pay for all shipping expenses for returned items.
Damaged packages must be noted on the bill of lading prior to signing for the packages. Concealed damage must be reported to the freight company within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All freight damage claims must be reported to the freight company.
Restocking Fees:
30 to 45 days 25% of price on all returned merchandise.
No returns accepted after 45 days
Non-Returnable Policy
Special Orders merchandise are not returnable. Also, worn products, cushions, pillows, beds, mattresses, wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, scooters, patient lifts and bathroom products are not returnable and refundable for hygienic reasons.
